For 20 years, I have taught dance daily, driven by a deep passion for unlocking each student's authentic physical expression. My greatest reward is witnessing their growth as they immerse themselves in creative movement, developing intuition, confidence, creativity, and a deeper, embodied understanding of themselves and the world. I offer private, group, and corporate classes. My teaching approach is designed to be accessible for those pursuing professional careers in classical and contemporary dance, physical performance, or anyone looking to explore movement as a form of self-expression and well-being. MINDFUL MOVEMENT AND CREATIVE DANCe

Individual, group and corporate classes.

If you or your group are looking to connect with your body and express your emotions through movement, regardless of your shape, age, or experience level, my classes are the perfect fit! We'll learn to listen to a range of sensations in the body, and direct it in the way it would benefit you, your well-being and your creativity!

  • 1.5h class / both live and online;

  • Breath Work: Using your breath to enhance movement and deepen your connection with your body;

  • Nervous System Regulation: Techniques to calm and balance your nervous system, helping you relax;

  • Mind-Body Connection: Exploring how your thoughts and emotions influence your physical movements;

  • Overcoming Psychological Blockages: Using mindful practices to break through emotional and psychological barriers;

  • Pain Management: Gentle movements and techniques to help alleviate chronic pain;

  • Mobility and Flexibility: Improving your range of motion and overall flexibility with targeted exercises;

  • Stress Release: Finding ways to release tension and stress held in your body;

  • Creativity Boost: Unleashing your creative potential through movement, guided improvisation dance and choreography as well as gaining inspiration for the physical expression from poetry, philosophy, visual arts and sound!

INDIVIDUAL CLASSES

I offer individual and group classes: optimally for 1.5h, min once a week, both live and online, however, one-time gigs are something I won't say no to.

My classes are a great choice if you want to connect your body and gain the ability to express your emotions through movement, no matter your shape, age, and previous experience!

We are going to work on your flexibility and posture, explore diverse dance techniques, learn to listen to a range of sensations in your body, and direct it in the way it would benefit you, your well-being and your creativity.

Usually, our class will contain:

- dance technique

- choreography

PROFESSIONAL Dance Class
